		<description>I have successfully loaded ComboFix into a new user acct and am working out of safe mode with networking...I have run combofix about 15 times and have just checked the regular login and all the programs still open with &quot;what program do you want to use..etc&quot;.  After every run of ComboFix I also run CCleaner and each time there are new files that need to be eliminated (mostly temporary internet files).  Am I on the right track?  How many times do I need to keep doing this, or is my computer fried...</description>
